This note (“EULA”) governs the relationship between you and BetStone Limited (“BetStone”) concerning your use of BetStone’s software, systems and intellectual property rights (collectively, “BetStone’s System”) which are accessible via BetStone’s official site at www.betstone.com (“BetStone’s Website”).
All rights in the software, works and any other intellectual property in BetStone’s System (including but not limited to artworks, video and audio assets, information and documentation) are the exclusive property of BetStone or its licensors. You may not copy, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, modify, adapt, translate, or otherwise do anything to or with the software and works available in BetStone’s System.
In no event will BetStone be liable to you or any third party in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise for any consequential, direct, indirect, pure economic or incidental damages, nor any lost profits or lost savings, arising out of your or any third party’s access to, or use of BetStone’s Website. You will be solely liable for any damage, costs or expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of BetStone’s Website.
The Categories of Personal Data Concerned
BetStone gathers statistical and other analytical information collected on an aggregate basis of all visitors to our website. This data comprises information that cannot be used to identify or contact user, such as demographic information regarding, for example,

- Anonymous statistical data involving the use of our website

How long will the Personal Data be stored for?
BetStone will retain personal data for the following reasons (the only exception to these reasons are if BetStone is required or permitted by law to hold onto the information for a specific amount of time):
Data that is required in order to perform a contract, will be held on BetStone’s system for the period necessary or until the completion of a contract.
For business interests (as defined in purposes and legal basis of the processing) data that is no longer deemed necessary will be deleted from our system.
When personal data is deemed no longer necessary, it will removed and deleted in a correct manner.
Data Subject’s Rights
- Right to access: the right to request, access and copy of the personal information that BetStone is holding. BetStone can charge a reasonable fee for 2 or more personal data requests. One copy of personal data will be charged at no cost. Any access requests will need to be requested in writing or email (mailing & Email address provided in the Data Protection Officer Section above). Evidence of identification will be required as this makes sure that the personal information is not given to the wrong person. Information will be given within 30 days.
- Right to rectification: the right to have personal data rectified if it’s incorrect, out of date or incomplete.
- Right to be forgotten: the right to withdraw consent given to process data and the right to request that BetStone delete personal data from the BetStone system (the only exception to this is BetStone compliance with any legal obligations or if the data is required for any legal claims.)
- Right to object as to how BetStone uses the personal data received (e.g. marketing purposes).

BetStone may terminate this EULA immediately without notice if BetStone believes that you have breached any of the terms of this EULA or if your use of BetStone’s System has been in any way improper or breached the spirit of this EULA.
BetStone reserves the right to amend, modify, update and change any of the terms of this EULA and will notify you of any such amendment, modification, update or change. It remains your responsibility to ensure that you are aware of the correct current terms of this EULA and BetStone advises you to check for amendment, modification, update or change on a regular basis. Your continued use of BetStone’s System will be deemed to constitute your acceptance of any amendment, modification, update or change of this EULA.
If any part of this EULA is found to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, then the remainder of the EULA shall remain in force. This EULA shall be governed by English Law and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes arising in connection with this EULA.
